Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle selected at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in your order form.

Intellectual Property

Elinom retains all rights in the platform, branding, and documentation. You retain rights in your business data uploaded to the service.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. Elinom is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
