1. Employer scoring (0–200 risk scale)

Every employer gets a live risk score. Verified email, phone, business docs and domain all reduce risk. Each confirmed report adds points weighted by severity — impersonation and payment-scam reports carry the highest weight.

2. One-tap reporting

Open any job and click Report this job. Choose a category (fake job, pay-to-apply, harassment, impersonation…), describe the issue, optionally attach a screenshot. Spam reports are rate-limited; you can report anonymously.

3. Auto-sanctions

When an employer crosses a risk threshold the engine automatically pauses new listings, hides active ones, and can restrict, suspend or blacklist the account. Actions are logged and visible to our moderation team.

4. Human review & appeals

Trust & Safety staff triage every report within 24 hours. Employers can submit verification documents and appeal sanctions. Transparent moderation log keeps the process accountable.
